Facility Use

Please fill out a facility use form below or in the Sundance Elementary School office to make a gymnasium use request. K-12 student activities and events will take precedence to any other event. All usage must be arranged through Sarah in the Sundance Elementary School office and be preapproved by the building administrator, prior to doors being scheduled or fobs being issued.

Crook County School District #1 will not be held responsible for any injuries and/or accidents that may occur during use of the facility. There must be an adult (non-student) supervisor present when a student group is utilizing the facility. The facility must be cleaned up and locked prior to exit. Groups using the gym/building will be responsible for damages to the facilities or equipment which may occur during use by that organization. The custodian and/or principal will do spot checks of the facility. Any group found violating these rules could result in the loss of use of the facility.
