We are SO excited to announce our 2026–2027 Sundance Elementary Student Council members! 🎉❤️
But before we reveal this year’s council, we have to give a HUGE shout-out to every single 5th and 6th grade candidate who put themselves out there! This year, we received an incredible 46 applications between the two grades—a record number! 👏🐾 Each candidate completed an application AND took the brave step of getting up in front of their classmates for an interview. That takes courage! Putting yourself out there with the goal of making yourself, your school, and the people around you better is something to be proud of.
To every student who applied: YOU should be proud of yourself! ❤️ You showed courage, leadership, and a willingness to serve others—and those are qualities worth celebrating.
Our 5th and 6th graders have been so patient throughout this process, and the wait is finally over…
